    Lift up one another to get the job done! 

    United we stand divided we don't

    “ It’s not about black or white, yellow or brown, being rich or poor, smart or dumb. What matters is that we work together and lift up one another to get the job done. “

    If you understand what I’m saying then pass the word on!

    The disconnect  is that we are not quite grasping the fact that we need each other.  Rather than warring with one another and hoarding all the resources into a pile to pillage and plunder.  Rather than exploiting one that is weaker than you and taking from them, you will find it is much more rewarding to teach and nurture those weaker or less fortunate than you. In return, you will find they as well will share their strengths giving much in return as they have received.  An equitable exchange is fair and allows for mutual respect bringing all parties involved closer in harmony so that we may move and function as one.

    We are one in essence and that essence is humanity.  Humanity consists of many different dimensions, depths, facets, layers, qualities, traits.  These diversities are so eloquently displayed in the myriad of beautiful cultures that exist here on this planet.  We are so blessed to be able to witness each other in our glory.  Do you not understand that when you extinguish one of those lights you kill off an integral aspect of the whole.  We all in our many diversities create the beauty that signifies humanity.  This world and the passing of this challenge is far bigger than one group, one race, one ideology.  It is only in given each other mutual respect that a natural peace ensues and the pieces are able to come together and work in harmony as intended.

    Life is for a season this we know, how many seasons do we have left to get it right before that stage is reset, this no one knows.  But it would seem that we have lost our way blinded by the lust for power, greed, and control.



    In order for us to truly become a great nation we must overcome our fears, expanding our boundaries to new heights, depths and lengths never before were seen, nor imagined.  This can only be done by accepting the inevitable change before us.  Shrinking back into our old comfortable ways is not an option, press forward always.

    The Bill of Rights

    The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution by the framers in the form of amendments. The chief purpose of the amendments was to provide greater constitutional protection for individual liberties,to protect the rights of individuals from the government’s interference.  It has been said at some point in time during their  early creation, They were reported to guarantee rights such as religious freedom, freedom of the press, and trial by jury to all American citizens among other essential rights.  In todays system it can be argued if they are being upheld, let alone being fought for.

    • First Amendment: Freedom of religion, freedom of speech and the press, the right to assemble, the right to petition the government.

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

    • Second Amendment: The right to form a militia and to keep and bear arms.

    A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

    • Third Amendment: The right not to have soldiers in one’s home.

    No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

    • Fourth Amendment: Protection against unreasonable search and seizure.

    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    • Fifth Amendment: No one can be tried for a serious crime unless indicted (accused) by a grand jury. No one can be forced to testify against herself or himself. No one can be punished without due process of law. People must be paid for property taken for public use.

    No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

    • Sixth Amendment: People have a right to a speedy trial, to legal counsel, and to confront their accusers.

    In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

    • Seventh Amendment: People have the right to a jury trial in civil suits exceeding $20.

    In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

    • Eighth Amendment: Protection against excessive bail (money to release a person from jail), stiff fines, and cruel and unusual punishment.

    Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

    • Ninth Amendment: Because there are so many basic human rights, not all of them could be listed in the Constitution. This amendment means that the rights that are enumerated cannot infringe upon rights that are not listed in the Constitution.

    The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

    • Tenth Amendment: Powers not given to the federal government by the Constitution belong to the states or the people.

    The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.


    Other Amendments

    Thirteenth Amendment (1865): Slavery shall not be allowed in the U.S.

    Nineteenth Amendment (1920): Women have the right to vote.

    Twenty-sixth Amendment (1971): U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older have the right to vote. (Previously, they had to be 21 years old.)

    This challenge goes out to the individual reader that is reading this and to the world at large.
    The challenge: understanding the current times requires knowledge of the past so that we can direct our future.
    Let us come to a full understanding of our current condition. With the hope that we may embrace the human experience in its fullness. The hope is that we realize that man is ready to move forward out of his cocoon and metamorphosis into a new creation.



    The new creation requires new thoughts; mental expansion beyond the known territory into the unknown.
    New ways of living out this existence may require A deeper understanding of our humanity. We can all be in agreement that the old ways must be shed for they are no longer beneficial to us in our transformation. But rather it would only serve to hold us back and entrap us in a repetitive cycle of destructiveness.  But we are all to familiar with this as we have been repeating this for Aeons, ad infinitum.

    “Here we are so technologically advanced yet we still treat each other like dirt” I think we can do better than this folks! 



    What is it folks, I need your help with this, how do you even began to form your lips to shape the words to define the outright double standard that exist in this society.  Its just blatantly disgustingly obvious that this sickness is getting worse and the stench is unbearable.  It looks as though gangrene is setting in and some members will have to be cut out to stop the spread. Or the hell with it we can at this rate continue to watch the sickness spread.

    Is it me or this election year seems to be increasing the spread of outright ludicrous behavior,  or is it that this spirit has always existed, and with some encouragement has felt the need; to like a festering blackhead explode to the surface in all its glory.

    I would have to say that folks that we are merely seeing the beginning; this pot has been brewing for a long time and has yet to boil over.  Unfortunately no one said that it was going to be pretty.  We all have the right of expression as living beings its just that some of us on this third rock from the sun feel that their rights, “TRUMP“, others rights.  And under this false ideology a sense of privilege and superiority begins to set in the deep recesses of the mind and if this is programmed and set in the mind for generations a sort of delusion sets in place.

    Well enough of that we live it everyday FOLKS,  the truth is this strong delusion is in the air you breath and in the water you drink.   Thats right folks in your face day in and day out to the point its depressing, lets not even get started on the Grand Illusion, that even David Blaine the master illusionist, cannot out due and that is of the illusion of The Great Melting Pot.
